Eflux by Biosphere Flux Group receives 3 awards at Marbella Design 2021. Award for technological innovation for Eflux
The firm Eflux of the Biosphere Flux group dedicated to the design of luminaires and lighting of spaces has received the award for technological innovation. For its constant search in the development of new products.
After eleven days, the design and interior design fair Art Marbella and Marbella Design, closed its doors last Sunday with great success in attendance. The 46 spaces, inspired by the Andalusian architecture of the white villages, were visited by more than 16,000 people who were able to discover the proposals of 150 exclusive firms from the world of art and design.
The Marbella Design 2021 Awards have been presented. A jury formed by Ana Barreales, Enric Pastor, Erico Navazo, Paloma Gómez Marín and Pepe Leal presented the five awards. The award for the best use and treatment of colour went to the Ferromagno space designed by José Lara, for the harmony in combining colour.
The prize for technological innovation went to EFLUX for the application of its technology in several outstanding spaces at the fair. Artesanía de Castilla la Mancha by Worn Studio received the sustainable and ecological space award for its project to support local craftsmanship.
The best product design went to Sergio Prieto, in the Addictions Design by Madrid in Love space illuminated by EFLUX, for the iconic design, the use of shapes and the elegance of the materials in his elephant armchair.
The best project went to the Porcelanite Dos space, designed by Alberto Aranda. In addition, in this edition, the public had their say, and their participation led to the choice of Ascale by Tau, designed by Deseesedesign and illuminated by EFLUX, as the best space. In second and third place were Bioresina by Elen Room 62 and the space of Escenium and SapienStone, respectively.
On this occasion, the architect Luis Galliussi was distinguished for his professional career. Of Argentinian origin, he has been in Spain for 25 years, where he is one of the most influential decorators of recent years. He has even been compared to the 'Ferran Adrià' of decoration and interior design for his particular way of understanding this art.
