Quality policy

BIOSPHERE FLUX began its operations at the end of 2011, with the aim of becoming a benchmark company in the development of innovative products in the field of LED lighting technology.

We consider the creation of new products vital to our company, developing new systems and equipment that are increasingly efficient in terms of quality – savings – lumens ratio, while meeting the requirements of our customers and stakeholders. To achieve this, we consider the following to be of utmost importance:

  • Focusing on the continuous improvement of quality, by setting quality objectives and reviewing them periodically.
  • Meeting the requirements of our customers, as well as the legal requirements applicable to quality-related activities.
  • Providing services with highly qualified personnel and technically advanced equipment, offering reliability and efficiency.
  • Monitoring the processes to correct any deviations that may arise and identify opportunities for improvement.

To implement this Quality Policy, BIOSPHERE FLUX has established a Quality Management System in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 9001 standard, which covers the design, development, and distribution of lighting products and electronic components in the passenger transport sector and in comprehensive lighting projects.

This ensures the continuous improvement of its processes through the ongoing allocation of resources, management system reviews, and the involvement of all employees.
