Horseshoe Light

Horse shoe IVOLGA is the first train in the world and the history that uses the new BSF technology!

This project has been published along all Russia as the most innovative and modern TRAIN that has ever been manufactured.

1.1.1 Horseshoe Module:

Each Horseshoe Light is composed by 8 parts. Each part has different sizes:

Each Horseshoe Light includes two operating modes, supplied by two independent drivers: First operating mode uses white light and second operating mode uses red light. Circuit diagram is shown in the image below:

1.1.2 Driver:

As commented in 1.1.1, each Horseshoe Light includes two operating modes, and in consequence two drivers. Each driver works independently and supplies Horseshoe Set.

Vout = 100 – 180VAC
Freq.= 1000 – 2000Hz
Size = 300 x 150 x 62 (mm)

1.2 Design:

Design follows costumer specifications and consists on a Light Module with 2 modes, white and red, depending on the selector switch position, as it is shown in the images below:

Each Light Module is composed by 8 different parts. Once all the pieces are correctly assembled, Horseshoe shape it is built, as it is shown in the image below:

In reference to assembly, exist 2 relevant areas:
– Connection Areas, where connectors are placed (represented in green);
– Fixing Areas, where Light Module is fixed (represented in green);

1-The pilot can select red or white light manually, but please make clear, the pilot need to change one first, then need to go to the other side for changing color. Which means It can be both red or both white.

2-About this image, I was trying to show you the cables be hidden behind the panel. You can see how those cables pierced each panel.

3-For ONE set of horse shoe (total EIGHT PANELS), we only need TWO DRIVERS.

4-The ON/OFF button can control red or white light, not the drivers.

5-Each set of horse shoe has both colours for sure.
